Refund policy

Please contact us at 3DPaintless@gmail.com with any questions or concerns about your product. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will refund any manufacturing defects that affect the practicality of the intended use of our products. Cosmetic defects may or may not be refunded. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Defective products subject to manufacturing defects and not normal wear and tear will be replaced, but in some cases may be repaired. This will be determined after a review process where photos are submitted to a representative of 3DPaintless.com.

You have 30 days after purchase to return any unused items. Products must show no signs of use to qualify for a full refund. Shipping the products back is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued for any unused merchandise when the product is received at our store.
